Completely immerse yourself into the stillness of Hatha Yoga

Learn to breathe consciously and to be conscious in your body. Let yourself sink deeper into yoga week after week. Sometimes we flow through the asanas, sometimes we hold the asanas. We always remain in the interplay between tension and relaxation, between holding and letting go.

The classes take place in a relaxed atmosphere without pressure to perform. The classes are suitable for beginners as well as experienced students.

Q & A

The only thing you need to bring is comfortable clothes. Yoga mat and other material are available at the studio.

  • Please be on time - ideally a few minutes before we start
  • make sure you don't eat too much before the class
  • Leave everyday life and worries at the door
  • be consistent in your yoga practice
  • Yoga is not sport and not competition. Therefore don't compare yourself to others
  • listen to your body and accept limits
  • be open and curious - keep a beginners mind and enjoy yourself
