The Lomilomi massage creates space in the body and thus in the whole person. The joints are mobilized, the nervous system is balanced through the flowing movements and blockages and tension can be reduced. The massage stimulates the free flow of energy and supports us back into their balance.

Lomilomi is a health massage that originated in Hawai'i. In Hawai'i it is still (or again) part of the holistic health concept and has a long tradition. It is both prevention and therapy.

Each massage begins with a preliminary conversation. Together we clarify the individual wishes, goals and needs. At the end there is again a short debriefing.
Since this is a full-body massage, it takes place unclothed (except for the intimate area). The customer is covered with cloths at all times.
I work with the hands, elbows and forearms. I use scented oil is for the massage. The movements are flowing, strong and connecting - sometimes short, sometimes long - and involve the whole body. The work goes deep, down to the tissues and bones.

The duration of the Lomilomi Königin is 1 hour longer than the Standard Lomilomi. The back, shoulders, buttocks and hips in particular benefit from the extra time.
